Tested in the project office. Built for the way construction actually runs.

Background
I've been into computers and software since I was 11. Construction management was the career I chose — and somewhere along the way I realized I could use what I already knew to make myself better at it. I started building tools to solve my own problems on the job. They worked, so I started sharing them with others.
The construction industry is flooded with bloated, generic software built by people who have never managed a bid, negotiated a change order, or dealt with the administrative chaos of running a multi-million dollar civil project. That disconnect is why PMs end up duct-taping spreadsheets to everything.
My approach is built on a technical philosophy of simplicity, performance, and clear operational utility. By combining direct project management experience with custom software development (specializing in Go backends and minimalist frontend deployment), I deliver tools that drastically cut administrative overhead and let PMs focus on running the job.
Technical Philosophy
How I approach building software for heavy civil operations
Performance First
Office tools need to load fast and get out of the way. I build lightweight applications optimized for real-world PM workflows — not feature-bloated software that buries the thing you actually need to do.
Practical Adoption
The best technology is the one that actually gets used. I design for the PM who has 10 things open and no patience for bad UX. If it adds friction, it won't stick.
Data Integrity
Construction data is messy. I build systems that validate, normalize, and route information automatically—eliminating the double-entry that plagues most operations.
Minimalist Architecture
I favor Go backends and minimalist frontend deployment. Simple systems are reliable systems. No unnecessary complexity, no bloated dependencies.
Professional Journey
From project management to technology consulting
Construction Technology Consultant
Independent
Building custom software and automation pipelines for heavy civil contractors. Specializing in PM office tools, estimating integrations, and project administration systems.
Project Manager - Construction
Regional Civil Contractor
Managed multi-million dollar underground utility, concrete, and earthwork projects. Started building internal tools to solve operational pain points.
Field Engineer / Assistant PM
Infrastructure Development Co.
Assistant PM role on storm drainage, sanitary sewer, and water distribution projects. Began transitioning from field oversight into the office — scheduling, reporting, and subcontractor coordination.
Field Engineer
Civil Construction Group
Brief time in the field before moving into office roles. Grade checking, quantity tracking, and daily reporting gave early exposure to where data gets lost between the field and the office.
