The Problem

The Solution
Built a web application to centralize contact management, organize RFQs into bid packages, track vendor responses, and automate follow-up reminders as deadlines approached.
Outcome
~40 labor hours saved per week. The client now captures more quotes because bandwidth was freed up and the reminder system keeps vendors accountable without manual follow-up.
Bid Opportunity Aggregator
The Problem
The client was spending several hours each week manually checking eight-plus public bid sites for new opportunities, and still missing windows because of the sheer volume across platforms.
The Solution
Built a lightweight app that pulls and normalizes opportunity data from multiple sources, runs a suggestion algorithm to surface the best fits based on the company's history and trade, and presents everything in a single sortable feed.
Outcome
What used to take hours now takes about 5 minutes a day. The client reports winning more bids simply from seeing more opportunities before deadlines pass.
5+ Years in Construction Project Management
I've been into computers and software since I was 11. Construction management was the career I chose — and eventually I realized I could leverage what I already knew to make myself better at it. I started building tools to solve my own problems on the job, then started sharing them with others.
Most of my career has been in the office — running estimating, managing change orders, coordinating subs, and fighting the administrative overhead that buries most PMs. That's the experience that shapes the tools I build.
